• Schedule: 7am-5pm 4x10 hour shifts a week ongoing for a 6 month block.
• Call: Frequency of weekday Call requirement-once every 10 days.
• Cases: OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Thyroids, ENT, EP, plastic and spine services.
• Special Procedures: Total Joints, OB, EP/Skills Preferred: Art Line Insertions.
• Patient Population: ASA 1-3 Age 12 and up.
• Prefer already licensed providers (will entertain candidates that need SC license).
• EMR: EPIC.
• Credentialing: 90-120 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
