CRNA Locum Need in Columbia, SC

Specialty: CRNA (50 mile radius rule, no local candidates)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details: 40 hour work week
Notes: Will only consider candidates who can work every week. No part time availability.
Schedule: 5x8s, 3x12s, or 4x10s. Must be available 4 weeks per month.

Work Details:
• Support staff: Anesthesia techs
• Volume: Approximately 150 anesthetics per day across Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, etc.
• Population: 18 to geriatric. Limited pediatric exposure. Travelers do not cover pediatric cases.
• Department: Large team of 70 CRNAs and 15 anesthesiologists working under a medical direction care team model. Cases include general, GYN, ortho, urology, and vascular.
• EMR: Epic (highly preferred)
• Equipment: Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, Draeger anesthesia machines
• Skills: No regional or block experience required

Practice Setting:
• Hospital – Medical Center
• Ambulatory Surgery Centers

Requirements:
• Board Certification: CRNA
• License: South Carolina or compact
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS preferred
• Minimum Experience: 2 years

Credentialing: 60 to 90 days
Willing to License: Yes, if compact eligible
