Job description

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's or 10's.
• Cases: No hearts, No PEDS and no cardiac mostly heavy general, some ortho, GI & EP Lab.
• Both CRNA Supervision or docs doing own cases.
• Supervision 4 to 1 can go max of 6 to 1
• Not much OT possible in the summer if wanted.
• Call available.
• Epic Charting.
• Credentialing: 90 - 120 days.

• Must have TN license.
