Job description

• Schedule: 8's or 10's/7a-330p or 7a-530p.
• Cases: No OB, Covering Cases Ortho, Neuro/Heads Rare PEDS.
• CRNA Supervised not medically directed. 1.5 or 1.6.
• No OT, NO call.
• Will float between 2 sites.
• Facility make up: 7 OR, 2 GI, 3 cath lab. asc- 4 OR, 2GI.
• Charting: Cerner Chart utilized.
• Credentialing: 60-90 days.
