Position Overview
Seeking CRNAs for a full-time locum tenens assignment in Memphis, TN. Providers must be flexible and willing to work across multiple facilities. Full-time availability is required.

* 5x10s (full-time)
* Must be flexible with scheduling

Practice Details
* Coverage locations: Germantown, University, North, and South sites
* EMR: Cerner (transitioning to Epic)
* Case mix includes: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Vascular, Urology, Gynecology, Transplants, Neuro (head and spine), Cardiac (TEE), and NORA cases (GI, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, etc.)

Practice Model
* MDs: Approximately 2/3 supervision, 1/3 own cases
* CRNAs: Mix of autonomous work and supervised cases
* Ratios vary: 1:0, 0:1, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4

Skills Required
* Proficient in epidural, spinal, and regional anesthesia (including brachial plexus, femoral/sciatic, ankle, wrist) with ultrasound guidance
---
Preferred Experience
* Transplant anesthesia
* Neuroanesthesia
* Cardiac anesthesia
---
Requirements
* Board Eligible or Board Certified
* If performing cardiac cases: TEE certification required
* BLS, ACLS, PALS required
* Active Tennessee and/or Mississippi license (both preferred)
* DEA required
* CRNAs must provide 50 case logs from the past 12 months
* Clean malpractice history required

Credentialing
* Estimated timeframe: 60–90 days for full privileges
* Clean files required due to strict MSO review
---
Travel
* Travel, lodging, and rental car reimbursed for providers located more than 100 miles from University Hospital
