Job description

• 4 person team, CRNA Only
• Mon-Fri 7-3
• Call is 1:3 and they take one weekend call/month
• Approx. 40 hours week w/ call – if you are working post call then you are first out
• All pager call, but in house if epidural is running. Call back is typically for general cases.
• Cases - general, bariatrics, Gyn, ortho, cataracts, podiatry, GI. Rural hospital so nothing high risk on the OB. Blocks – someone with regional experience is preferred.
• 2,300 cases/year
• Has an ipad for charting
• *Close to Winstar Casino

• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
