Job description

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 5x8's required. No Call.
• 40 hours/week, flexibility on shifts preferred.
• Full-time candidates highly preferred.
• Cases: General Information - 24k Total Cases - 6900 IP, 9300 OP, 6600 ENDO (6100 OP), 280 Hearts, 3000 Pain blocks, 650 OB (370 EPI, 280 C-sect). CRNAs – OB and Trauma.

• Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
• Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
