Job description

• Care Team Model of 1:4.
• M-F 7a-3p
• Call: 2 CRNA layers, 1 inhouse for OB and 1 on beeper MD on beeper as well
• 10-12 points of service daily
• Variety of cases worked including major vas, dental, endo, general, ent, gyn, neuro (unsure if heads), ortho, some pain work, plastics, podiatry, urology, and about 832 deliveries a year. CRNAs cover OB independently.
• Facility does over 13,000 cases per year.

• Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
