CRNA Needed – 2.5 HRs from Dallas, TX
📅 Start: ASAP | 📍 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7a–5p (arrive by 6:30a)
🕒 Commitment: Min. 2 weeks/month | 3-month initial contract (extendable)
📞 Call: Optional but preferred

Details:
💵 Rate: $220/HR + T&L
🛌 Call: Weeknight & Weekend (OR & OB), Primary 3p–7a | Backup 7p–7a
🩺 Cases: OB (epidurals/SAB for C-sections) – Required. Neuro – Required. General, Ortho (trauma & totals), GI, ENT (healthy peds), Urology, Plastics Vascular/Thoracic, Regional, and Peds – Preferred
🪪 License: Active Texas CRNA License Required
