Job description

- Shift: Day shift. 8, 10, 12, full time. Please submit hour preference. Need full time.
- Types of cases: Urology, Endo, Ortho, gastro and general. No OB.
- Medical Direction.
- Will cross credential at 1 site.
- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days, can do 30 if needed for emergency purposes.
