Credentialing Time Frame - 90 days

Length of Contract - 6 to 9 months

Length of Shift - 3x12s. Looking for Sunday coverage 7A-7P

EMR - EPIC

Types of Cases - Gyn- ortho- neurospine- general- urology- endoscopy- IR, some CV ( or open hearts).- Vascular- robotic --- spinals - Adult / Geriatric / Adolescent

Must be able to do spinals

3+ years of experience

Active TX licensure required
