Job Description
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Desired start: October 2026
• Length of contract: 3 months with possibility to extend
• Shift: 4x10 weekly. No weekend. No call.
• T&E if needed
• Medical Direction
• Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, and epidurals? No
• Types of cases: Ortho, General, Neuro, Gyn
• EMR: Epic

Certification Requirements
• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified

State License Requirements
• Texas
• New grads welcome. Must have clean file.

About the Facility
• Number of MD/CRNA on per day: 6-8
• Number of operating rooms: 8
• Number of deliveries per month or year: 100

• 3 months with the option to extend
• No weekend, no call
• Malpractice provided
