Credentialing timeframe: ~60 (will request emergency privs) – CLEAN FILES ONLY
Start: ASAP
Length of contract: through 12/31/26
Shift: Mon-Fri 5x8
T&E Negotiable - be specific
Medical Direction model
CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals and epidurals
Types of cases: General and OB, No hearts, No pediatrics. 50% Spines
EMR: Paper anesthesia Records, Meditech for EMR

Certification Requirements
ACLS
BLS
Board Certified
Prefer 2 years experience + clean file.

About the Facility
Number of MD/CRNA on per day: 2-3 supervising MDs, 6-10 CRNAs in house per day
Number of operating rooms: 24
Volume of OR cases per month or year: 900 cases per month
Number of deliveries per month or year: 200 deliveries per month

• 3 month opportunity, possible option to extend
