About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in Rio Grande City, Texas, arriving at 7:00 AM and finishing approximately 1:00 PM Monday through Friday, with extended shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays through approximately 6:00 PM. The surgical case mix includes OB, general OR, endoscopy, healthy pediatric dental, central lines, and GI procedures. Call coverage is required at a 1:4 beeper call ratio. Credentialing is estimated at 30 days, and prescriptive authority is required for this role.
