Dates: ASAP - Ongoing

90 Day Credentialing, but will request temps

Length of Contract: 6 month assignment

Schedule: M-F, 10s, 40 hours/week. No Call. No Weekends

Case types: General, Ortho and GYN. No Cardiac or Complex Peds

Supervision Model

EMR: Epic

Other: Active TX license, BLS and ACLS. Minimum of 2 Years Experience Needed

• Ongoing for 6 months
• No weekends and No call
