Position Highlights:
•Location: Burlington, VT
•Start Date: 11/02/2026
•Contract Length: 6 months
•Schedule Details: 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 48 hours per week.
Provider will be required to work 2/4 winter holidays
•Call: Call and weekends as required/needed

• November start
• 6 month contract
• Scheduled + On Call required
