• Schedule: 8's 10's or 12's.
• Call: Optional call if needed.
• Diverse and challenging case mix includes vascular, bariatric, orthopedic, ENT, OB.
• Collaborative Care Team Model.
• Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
