• 8 hour shifts but cases run late on occasion.
• 2 MD’s, 3 CRNAs, 5 ORs.
• No Call.
• Docs are supervising and doing their own cases. 2 docs on daily so our docs are in a room about 80% of the time.
• Cases are primarily ortho (backs/joints) ENT, Pain. Probably 85% ortho, doing a lot of ENT with little kids.
• Paper records.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
