CRNA – Multi-Hospital Float, Premium OT & Call Pay | VA

Summary – CRNA Opportunity | Fredericksburg, VA

Practice Setting: Main OR plus 4-OR satellite hospital and 6-OR ASC

Schedule: Full-time, 4 × 10-hour shifts (not always consecutive), 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; optional overtime paid after scheduled shift

Contract Length: 6–12 months preferred

Call: One night or weekend call shift per 8-week schedule

Credentialing: 90–120 days

Experience: Minimum 1 year; Level II Trauma experience required; OB and thoracic experience required, pediatrics preferred

Case Mix: OB, thoracic, EP, vascular, hearts, lungs, healthy peds, dental/ENT, ortho, GI, and general cases; no transplants

• CRNA Autonomy: Perform your own epidurals and spinals across multiple hospital and ASC
• High-Acuity Experience: Level II trauma hospital with OB, thoracic, EP, and vascular cases
• Flexible Compensation: Overtime paid after scheduled shift; call and holiday shifts with premium pay
