Schedule: need to be willing to do 8s,10s,12s as there is a mix of shifts available at the facility

Work Details:
· Trauma Level: Level I, fast paced

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Active VA License
· DEA: Required
· CSR: Required

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, ASAP

• Ongoing need
• Scheduled and no call
• Active VA license
