CRNA Needed – Level I Trauma | 8–12 Hr Shifts

Job description

. Contract Duration: 1 year
. Locations: Floating between multiple hospital sites
. Shifts: 8, 10, 12-hour shifts; Minimum 1 shift/week; Day shifts
. Coverage: Scheduled + Call (1–2 shifts/month max)


Compensation & Benefits

- Bill Rate: $250/hr

- Overtime/Holiday: 1.5x

- Travel Reimbursement: All billable travel covered

Job Overview

We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a fast-paced, Level 1 trauma environment across multiple facilities. Providers will work under a 1:4 care team model and administer anesthesia for a variety of high-acuity cases including:

- Large Vascular

- Neuro

- High-risk OB/GYN

- Ortho

- General

- Thoracic

- Peds and Heart cases not required

- Special procedures: Epidurals, spinals, arterial lines; administer own drugs; no regional blocks beyond standard procedures.

- EMR: Cerner

REQUIREMENTS

- Active CRNA license OR willing to obtain state license

- Level 1 Trauma experience required

- Minimum clinical experience: 1 year in acute care

- Certifications: CRNA certification required
