• Blocked Monday–Wednesday | 3x12s (7a–7p).

Practice Details
• Floating between hospital & ambulatory center (FASC)
• Credentialed at:
○ Main OR
○ 4-OR satellite hospital
○ 6-OR ASC
• Level II Trauma (experience required)
• Heavy OB, thoracic, EP, vascular
