We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established anesthesia team in a dynamic hospital setting. Clinical Responsibilities
The CRNA will be involved in all phases of anesthesia care, including:
Pre-anesthesia assessments and patient evaluations
Obtaining and verifying informed consent
Educating patients on anesthesia options, risks, and expectations
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Continuous monitoring of patient physiological status
Performing clinical interventions as needed throughout the perioperative period
Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
Providers will have the opportunity to care for patients across a variety of specialties, including:
General Surgery
Orthopedics
Neurosurgery
Obstetrics
Urology
Gynecology
Ophthalmology
Endoscopy
This role is ideal for CRNAs who enjoy maintaining a broad clinical skillset and working with a diverse patient population.
Schedule
Primarily 8-hour weekday shifts
Weeknight beeper call responsibilities following scheduled shifts
Predictable scheduling structure with ongoing coverage needs
Opportunity for providers seeking both regular clinical work and additional call coverage

Qualifications
NBCRNA certification required
Active Virginia license or Compact eligibility required
Active DEA registration required
Strong clinical experience in general anesthesia practice
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
