Location: 2hrs North of Seattle
Length of Contract: ASAP - Ongoing
Shift Details: 4/10hr shifts per week
1-2 weeknight pager calls per week, and one weekend per month (This is required)
Case mix – General, ENT, Peds, OB, Ortho, Uro, GYN, Podiatry and GI
Rate: $170/hr
Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks
