• 3 ORs, 1 OB, and an endoscopy suite.
• Case volume: 5,997 annually (2,803 Main OR, 2,756 Endoscopy & 438 OB).
• EMR/EHR: Meditech Expanse. Anesthesia charts on paper.
• Credentialing timeframe : 45 - 60 days days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
