📍 Location: Port Townsend, WA
📅 Start: ASAP
🗓 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:45a–3:30p (flexible)
📞 Call: Split call | Weekend call every 5–6 weekends | Holiday coverage required (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year)
👩‍⚕️ Team: 5 providers (4.8 FTE) + 2 per diems | Always 3 CRNAs onsite
🛠 Cases: General, Ortho (total joints), OBGYN (C-sections), Urology, Plastics/Hand, Derm, Endo, regional blocks, MAC, spinals, epidurals, IV sedation, intubations in ED/ICU
🏥 Volume: 3 OR suites + Endo suite | 3 surgical lines/day | 7–12 cases/day | ~230 cases/month
✅ Requirements: 3+ years experience | NBCRNA | ACLS/BLS | Must specify which holiday you can work

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
