CRNA needed in WV

Job description

-Shift Details: able to work 5-8’s, 4’10's 3 12’s 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts.
-Willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month
-Work Details:
• Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week
• Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient
• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other.
• Types of surgery – General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
• EMR: Cerner
-Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center and Hospital
-Requirements:
• Board Certification: WV
• License Required: Yes
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
-Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

• No call
• Full time coverage
• Active WV License
