CRNA Opportunity – West Virginia
Start: April 6, 2026
Credentialing: 60–90 days
Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (3 FTE)
Schedule Options: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s
Shift Times: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, or 7a–7p
• No call
• Willing to work weekends (not weekends only)
• Open to providers available 2–3 weeks per month

Work Details:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center and Hospital settings
• Three hospitals located within 5 minutes of each other
• Majority of coverage in the Main OR (primarily at Memorial)
• Patient population includes all ages (inpatient and outpatient)
• Case mix includes general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• Active West Virginia license
• Board Certified CRNA
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
