CRNA needed in Osceola, WI

CRNA – Osceola, WI
Start: May 29, 2026
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: 7a–3p (5x8s)
Call: Every other night and weekend
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Coverage Needed: 2 CRNAs daily starting May 29

Practice Setting:
• Independent CRNA practice
• 2 ORs
• 2 CRNAs onsite during the day
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: ~60 days (temps available; license required to start credentialing)

Case Mix:
• Bread-and-butter cases
• OB (~100 deliveries per year; increasing August 2026)
• No VBAC deliveries
• Podiatry (Tuesdays)
• Endo
• Pediatric ENT (6 months+ for tubes)
• Eyes, Urology, Ortho
• CRNAs perform most blocks in pre-op

Blocks & Procedures – Must Be Proficient:
• Spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks
• Adductor canal
• TAP
• iPack
• Interscalene
• Lower extremity/popliteal
• Caselogs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Requirements:
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS
• DEA
• Rubella titer
• MANTOUX test

This is a great opportunity for CRNAs comfortable in an independent practice setting with a strong regional and OB skill set.
