CRNA – Osceola, WI – Independent Practice + Call

Job description

A medical center in Osceola, Wisconsin is seeking 2 CRNAs for ongoing coverage beginning late May 2026. This is an independent practice setting offering strong autonomy and a broad bread-and-butter case mix.

Compensation
$225/hour
Temporary privileges available

Assignment Overview
Start: May 29, 2026 (approx. 60-day credentialing)
Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call: Every other night and every other weekend
30-minute response time
Wisconsin license required prior to credentialing

Practice Setting
Independent CRNA model
EMR: EPIC
OB service (~100 deliveries per year; increasing August 2026)
CRNAs do not stay overnight after placing epidurals

Case Mix
Bread-and-butter general surgery
Orthopedics
Urology
Eyes
Endoscopy
Podiatry (Tuesdays)
Small amount of pediatric ENT (youngest 6 months – tubes)
OB (no VBACs)

Regional & Required Skills:
Spinals
Epidurals
Proficient in regional blocks (case logs required)
Adductor canal
TAP
iPack
Interscalene
Lower extremity/popliteal
Minimal PECS blocks
Most blocks performed in pre-op by CRNAs

Requirements
Active Wisconsin license (required before credentialing can begin)
BLS, ACLS, PALS
Proof of case logs for epidurals, spinals, and blocks
Comfortable in independent practice model

Approximately 60 days
