Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend

Assignment Details

Shift Options: 8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Monthly Need: 1–2 weeks per month (M–F)

Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 RN

Practice Model: Wyoming is an LIP state — CRNAs practice independently

EMR: Meditech


Practice Setting

Small rural hospital

Douglas: 4 ORs

Casper: 4 ORs

Case mix includes: General Surgery, Spine, Eyes, Plastics, Ortho, Neuro

OB optional – available if provider desires

Cases per day vary


Requirements

Board Certified – Required

State License: WY license or IMLC accepted; willing to license

DEA – Required

Experience: New grads reviewed

Credentialing: ~30 days; temps available with clean NPDB

• 3 Months Ongoing
• On Call Required
• Gen Surg, Spine, eyes, plastics, ortho, neuro. OB cases not required
