This inpatient facility provides surgical and anesthesia services across a range of specialties, including obstetrics, orthopedics, and general surgery, within an organized perioperative program. The facility operates under a physician supervision model and maintains established workflows designed to support quality anesthesia care delivery. Physician Associate coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day and in-house call shifts at an inpatient facility in Florida. Available shift times include 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and/or 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM / 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM, with in-house call coverage required. The surgical case mix includes OB spinals and epidurals, orthopedic upper and lower extremity regional blocks, general surgery, TAP blocks, and bread and butter cases. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
