Northeastern Arizona
• NP/PA
• Start Date: November- Ongoing (3 month contract)
• Reason for search: Search will be ongoing while they are recruiting for a permanent candidate
• Facility type: Community health center
• Schedule: 8A-5P Mon – Thurs
• No Call
• 15 patients per day
• Procedures: None, standard outpatient clinic
• Additional Staff: FP, IM and PEDS on staff with a couple NP/PA’s
• Will receive EMR, and floor training.
• Credentialing timeframe: 2 weeks
• Will pay travel and Lodging
