Family Longevity Clinical Manager (NP/PA)

Job description

About VitaKavana

VitaKavana is building a new category of healthcare delivery: a Health Family Office. We bring the same intentional governance families apply to wealth management to their health—integrating Western diagnostics with Eastern and functional medicine as a unified clinical core.

We solve healthcare’s coordination crisis by unifying medical records, biomarkers, imaging, genetics, wearables, environmental data, and lifestyle insights into a personalized Health Atlas. Guided by our VITA framework (Visibility, Insight, Translation, Alignment), we transform fragmented, episodic care into a lifelong, anticipatory partnership.

Our technology is designed to scale intimacy—using AI to enhance continuity, insight, and coordination—while remaining unequivocally human-first. Operational rigor, compliance, and quality are the foundation of trust.

The Role

As Clinical Manager, you are the consistent clinical presence families rely on day to day. You see patterns early, translate complexity into action, and ensure care fits real life. This role is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who thrives at the intersection of clinical judgment, integrative medicine, and relationship-driven care.

You’ll partner closely with our Founding Physician (MD/DO) and Experience Navigator (RN) to guide members through assessment, interpretation, care planning, and ongoing optimization across nutrition, sleep, movement, stress resilience, and prevention. This is not episodic care—it is longitudinal, proactive, and deeply human.

Why This Role Is Different

Smaller panel, deeper relationships — time to practice thoughtful, integrative medicine — advanced diagnostics without insurance constraints — a highly coordinated care team that truly communicates — collaboration with a global Specialist Advisory Panel — a hospitality-first, white-glove service model — opportunity to help define and evolve a new model of anticipatory care.

What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive clinical and lifestyle assessments — interpret advanced diagnostics (functional labs, genetics, microbiome, wearables, sleep, imaging) — build and manage personalized, longitudinal care plans — translate complex findings into clear, sustainable guidance — coach members across life stages using behavior-change strategies — monitor ongoing data to identify early shifts and refine plans — collaborate closely with internal teams and specialist advisors — deliver care with polish, warmth, and exceptional attention to experience.

Who You Are

Licensed NP or PA with prescribing authority — active Florida license and based in South Florida — 3+ years in functional, integrative, concierge, or longevity-focused care — IFM, A4M, or equivalent training (completed or in progress) — strong clinical judgment and comfort with complex data — relationship-driven, organized, and calm under high expectations — tech-forward and energized by emerging diagnostics — experience with UHNW or private-care clients is a plus.

Role Structure & Compensation

Flexible structure (part-time to start, opportunity to grow) — some travel for in-home visits and immersive experiences — high-trust, high-autonomy environment — target FTE compensation $130,000–$150,000 — generous health benefits — annual longevity and health optimization allowance — paid time off.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to shape care decisions and lifelong health outcomes—helping families make better choices earlier and build health as an enduring legacy. You’ll work alongside a deeply thoughtful founding team and collaborate with leading experts, delivering care at an exceptionally high standard of excellence and service.
