My name is Tony Alvizo with Consilium Staffing. I help Emergency Medicine physicians and APPs find locums opportunities that fit their actual preferences, not just whatever job happens to be open.

I work with ER assignments across multiple states and settings, including freestanding ERs, community hospitals, critical access sites, and trauma centers. Opportunities may include PRN, part time, full time, days, nights, swings, and block schedules depending on the site.

To match you correctly, I usually like to learn your current licenses, board certification, availability, preferred shifts, target rate, trauma level comfort, EMR preferences, and any major EM groups you have worked with recently.
