Schedule & Coverage

Contract Length: 3–6+ months

Start: ASAP (temp privileges available)

Shifts:

Clinic (Days): 7a–5p (Tues–Wed)

ER (Nights): 7p–5a (Thurs–Fri)

OR 4x10 Clinic Only: Tues–Fri (7a–5p)

Coverage Type: Scheduled, no call

Provider may float from clinic to ER during the day as needed

Call room available; walking distance between clinic & ER

Practice Details

Setting: Outpatient clinic + Level IV ER

EMR: True Bridge

Clinic Census: ~7/day, ~80/month

ER Census: 12–15/day, ~200/month

Beds: 4 (Clinic) / 2 (ER)

Patient Ages: Children through adults

Typical ER Flow: Stabilize & transfer (stroke, MI, surgical needs)

No ultrasound

Procedures: Suturing required

Support Staff: CNA, RN×2, LVN, Respiratory Tech, Clinic Manager

Requirements

Accepts NP, PA, or MD

Board certified

Active Oklahoma license required (no licensing candidates)

DEA required

BLS, ACLS, PALS

Open to new grads

Credentialing

Approx. 30+ days

Emergency privileges available

Contract approvals run through corporate + board; start expected Dec 9 or Jan 12
