EMAPP openings in TX (Victoria, Live Oak, Del Rio, Floresville & San Antonio)

Job description

We have multiple Emergency Medicine openings in TX for EM APPs due to growth at several locations including Victoria, Live Oak, Del Rio, Floresville, and San Antonio.

Details:
• BC/EM preferred (not required)
• Contract lengths from 3 months–1 year
• Credentialing: ~30 days
• APP shifts: 10a-8p OR 49-2a
• 22-bed Level III Trauma ED
• Annual volume: 28K (~77 visits/day)
• Avg pts/hr: 1.8
• Admission rate: 25%
• Transfer rate: 3%
• EMR: MedHost
• Travel covered (flight, hotel, rental car)
• IMLC accepted (must already have active IMLC)

Required certs:
ACLS, ATLS (if not BC/EM), and PALS

Strong specialty backup including Trauma Surgery, Cardiology, GI, Pediatrics, Neonatology, Pulmonology, Urology, and more. Teleneurology support available for emergent neuro consults.
