Facility:
This healthcare facility is a well-equipped medical center featuring a 13-bed emergency department with urgent care capabilities. The hospital offers comprehensive services including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Labor & Delivery, and a collaborative Hospitalist team, supported by advanced Telestroke and Tele ICU services with on-site UW helicopter access.

Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine, Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine

Job Details:
• Work in a combined ED/UC setting seeing approximately 40-60 patients per 24-hour period
• Handle 20 patient encounters per shift in a supportive team environment
• Available shifts include 9am-9pm and 11am-11pm schedules
• Immediate need for shifts starting 7/6, 7/8, 7/9, 7/10, 7/11, 7/14, 7/22, 7/30 and ongoing
• Opportunity for 8-12 shifts per month with flexible scheduling
• Must be licensed in Wisconsin or hold IMLC credentials
• Board certification required with ACLS and PALS certifications
• Level 4 trauma facility with comprehensive emergency services
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Lodging available at Best Western Portage with easy access to Madison airport (MSN)

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
