Board Certified - Advanced Practice (Physician Assistant) - Emergency Medicine
Job Details:
- Provide emergency medicine coverage from 12pm - 10pm shifts
- Coverage dates needed: 9/5 - 9/7 and 9/12 - 9/13, with opportunity for additional future dates
- Onsite orientation required one day prior to first scheduled shift
- Only one provider will be accepted for this opportunity
- Average of 36 patients seen per day
- Average of 3 admissions per day
- Ability to treat patients of all ages is required
- Facility operates 7 days a week
- Both inpatient and outpatient care responsibilities
- Charting via Meditech EMR system
- Board certification required
- BLS certification required
- Active Michigan medical license required
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days, dependent on provider document submission speed
- Temporary privileges granted when needed
- Travel and lodging assistance available if needed; hospital can arrange accommodations
- Nearest airport is CMX, approximately 4 miles from the hospital

Compensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
