Job description

- 2 FT PA's needed
- Provider must be able to cover minimum of 10-12 shift per month
- Level III Trauma
- ED Patient per hour- 1.7
- Must be able to work day and night shifts
- Hours vary: 8a-4p, 4p-12a, 11a-9p (weekends 8-8, 12-12)
- BC EM with 2 yrs ER experience
- Must have active NY license and DEA
- Emergency temp privileges available
- Certification Requirements:
ACLS, BLS and PALS for all APPs required must be through AHA- Will not accept ABPS
- EMR- Paragon
- Facility volume- 40,000
- ED Volume- 34,000
- ED/Fast Track Bed Count- 22/8 (total 30 beds)
