Nursing & Wellness Manager (RN) – Behavioral Health & Integrated Care - Nashua, NH

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Nursing & Wellness Manager (RN) to lead nursing operations within a growing behavioral health organization committed to delivering integrated, patient-centered care. This leadership role oversees nursing staff and medical assistants while partnering with psychiatric providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes.

The Nursing & Wellness Manager provides direct clinical support, supervises staff, promotes quality improvement initiatives, and serves as the organization's Infection Control Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff and medical assistants.
Conduct performance evaluations, staff development, and ongoing clinical support.
Provide direct patient care, including medication management, long-acting injectable administration, and nursing assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatric prescribers and integrated care teams to coordinate patient care.
Monitor clinical quality measures, medication reconciliation, refill processing, and documentation compliance.
Serve as the organization's Infection Control Nurse and participate in Risk Management activities.
Support wellness initiatives and provide clinical guidance to Health Mentors and interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure adequate clinical supplies, equipment, and resources are available to support patient care.

Qualifications:

Required
Active RN license
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification
Experience in behavioral health, community health, or integrated care settings
