Job description

A correctional facility is seeking a family nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage. Credentialing takes about 1 week.
The facility is located about 2.5 hours from Anchorage, AK.
The schedule is Monday through Thursday or Friday 40 hours weeks from 7-4PM. Cases are mostly chronic care management. Patients are all adults, maximum security men. DEA is preferred. Cases are bread and butter. The support staff consists of the nursing staff and nurse supervisors.
