Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: M-F, 5x8hr shifts
Job Details: Provides comprehensive primary patient care including prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and follow-up services to patients under his/her care within the scope of practice of family medicine.
Arizona License Required OR Compact accepted (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
