I'm reaching out because we just had a last minute backout and need an FNP/PA-C with Urgent Care experience with an active CA license and CA DEA that can prescribe CSII's.
Location: Stockton, CA
Facility: FQHC
Provider: NP/PA
Specialty: Urgent Care
Credentialing: 2 weeks
Schedule: M-F 8-6. 1 Saturday per month 8-4:30.
LOA: 3-month contract minimum, will take 6 months.
Patient Volume: 26 avg
EMR: EPIC
License: CA
Compensation: $100+/hr + travel expenses (flight, rental car, lodging)
