Shift Details: 8-hour shifts, 8a-5p
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Note: This is locums to perm opportunity only. 1 year contract and must want permanent role with UCI. They will interview 3 different times with APP, 2 virtual and 1 onsite. They interviews are very much like perm job and would treat this as perm search with ability to have locums contract for up to 1 year.
Work Details:
• Support staff: 1 MD, Other APP on the floor but don’t directly work with Gastro
• Amount of coverage needed per month: full time, M-F 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 10-12
• Patient population/age: Adult
• Department description: Integrative Health Institute . NP will be handling patient intake, performing gastro histories, help with prescriptions, evals, referrals, treatment. Interpret tests, procedures, radiographic studies. Required to have Functional Medicine/Integrative health experience. They will train on Integrative Gastroenterology.

• Board Certification: Yes
• State license required: Yes
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years' experience in Functional Medicine or Integrative Health Institute
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
