We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice part-time in Gainesville, FL. We are seeking a midlevel provider to join our team 2 days per week.
We are seeking a PA/NP who is experienced in fluoroscopy guided joint injections to join our fast-growing medical group. As a team, we collaborate, along with our patients, to help our patients reach their health and wellness goals. We produce comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for many acute and chronic health issues.
Responsibilities:
• Patient exam/evaluation (Medical history/physical exam, review pertinent labs/imaging)
• Diagnosis and treatment plans
• Managing and Treating OA, neuropathy, and wound care
• Treatments to include: fluoroscopy guided joint injections (PRP/regen med/Viscosupplementation) Sanexas neuropathy treatment
• DME prescription and fitting
• Documentation- timely and accurate
• Collaboration with other providers and staff
Requirements:
• Graduation from an Accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program
• PA/NP license in FL
• Experience in fluoroscopy guided joint injection
• Confident in patient management with indirect supervision
Schedule:
• Part time
• 2 days per week (Monday/Wed Or Tues/Thurs)
