• Support staff: will work alongside another NP – they have a doc starting in Jan
• Patients per day: 7-10
• Patient population/age: 8 years and up
• EMR: E Clinical Works
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

  • Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm (lunch required)
  • soon as credentialed – 9/29/25
  • Patients per day: 7-10
