The nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive family medicine services in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting, managing adult patients 18 and older with diverse primary care needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, and providing preventive healthcare services while maintaining accurate medical records. The clinician will work flexible schedules with options for administrative time organization, participating in minimal call coverage approximately once every four weeks with support from nursing staff for initial triage. Collaboration with dedicated medical assistants, registered nurses, and physicians ensures optimal patient outcomes within the FQHC healthcare delivery framework.
