Tele/Home Health FNP needed in MS:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Flexible; ongoing
Schedule: FT, M - F 8a-5p
Job Details: Perform annual risk assessments and chronic condition reviews
70% telehealth, 30% Home health
MUST BE COMFORTABLE SEEING PEDIATRICS AND ADULTS
Must be enrolled/Credentialed in Medicard

Mississippi License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
