Family Nurse Practitioner Needed in NC (Home Health):
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week (will consider 20 hours per week)
Work details:
- Open to full-time or part-time providers
- Paid for a full day regardless of patient volume
- Conduct 5–6 in-home health assessments per day
- Perform annual risk assessments and chronic condition reviews
Assessment-only role — no treatment or prescribing required
NC License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
